Tina has completed an undergraduate degree in psychology with a focus on children and youth. Tina is currently pursuing her Masters in Counselling Psychology. With strong dedication and passion for working in the mental health field, Tina hopes to build a strong rapport with her clients by providing a safe and supportive environment. In having experience with working with children and youth Tina strongly believes in children and youth’s potential, agency, and resiliency. 

As a Psychotherapist (Qualifying) her areas of specialty are CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behaviour Therapy). Tina takes a culturally informed approach when working with her clients as she is dedicated to advocating for accessibility to mental health services. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
