Hello, my name is Tia. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree at Trent University with a foundation rooted in the study of psychology. I then advanced my learning through a Master’s program at Yorkville University. Over the course of my academic journey, I volunteered as a crisis responder, where my passion for supporting young individuals truly came to life. Throughout this experience, I witnessed firsthand the transformative potential of early intervention and empathetic guidance. Through a combination of evidence-based modalities, I aim to help children and youth navigate emotional, behavioural, and social challenges. My goal is to empower them with coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, and a sense of resilience to thrive in their daily lives. I remain committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where all clients can feel genuinely valued and supported.
