Now enrolling - Mississauga
This 6-week group helps girls build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, develop positive coping strategies, and feel more prepared as they head into the new school year.
The group runs on Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., starting Friday, August 7th. Participants meet four times in August and twice in September, giving them time to build skills before school starts and continue practising once the school year begins.
Insurance note: This group is facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist and may be eligible for private insurance reimbursement under psychotherapy benefits.
