Payment is required to reserve a spot for paid groups and camps. Choose the correct option below. Intake will follow up after payment to confirm child details, fit, schedule, and next steps. For DBT CALM, anger management, or another specialized group, ask intake first so we can confirm the right program.

Confidence Building Group for Girls ages 9-12.

This 6-week group helps girls build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, develop positive coping strategies, and feel more prepared as they head into the new school year.

The group runs on Fridays from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., starting Friday, August 7th. Participants meet four times in August and twice in September, giving them time to build skills before school starts and continue practising once the school year begins.
