I have a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Youth Care from Toronto Metropolitan University as well as a graduate certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science from George Brown College. I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. I have been working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at a treatment facility in Peel Region for over 5 years.
I am deeply committed to cultivating a therapeutic environment that fosters the needs of diverse individuals. My therapeutic approach is client centered and non-judgmental. It is grounded in the idea that people are motivated toward change by being surrounded by individuals that portray empathy, genuineness and unconditional positive regard.
