Hi, my name is Helen. I am a young Chinese-Canadian who uses a holistic and multi-theory, client-centered approach to counselling. Where I believe the biopsychosocial, cultural, and other therapeutic modalities can be joined in a unique way to manifest into our present issues. I strive to address motivational, acceptance, behavioural and cognitive issues that work in tandem in maintaining our struggles.

I am an approachable, compassionate and effective psychotherapist who works under the umbrella of CBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, attachment theory, relational-frame theory and solution focused therapy.
