She integrates evidence-based, developmentally informed strategies to support attention, task completion, and adaptive learning behaviours, while also fostering self-advocacy, confidence, and independence.
In her role, Malika collaborates closely with students and families to identify learning needs, monitor progress, and implement individualized, goal-oriented interventions. She is knowledgeable in the use of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), as well as academic accommodations and modifications, allowing her to effectively support students across both home and school environments.
Malika’s approach is structured, collaborative, and student-centred, with an emphasis on building sustainable skills that extend beyond the session. She is committed to supporting children and adolescents in developing the tools they need to navigate academic demands and reach their full potential.
