I am passionate about supporting people through times of growth and challenge. I believe that every individual deserves to feel safe, valued, and understood, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel welcomed and supported in their journey. My practice is shaped by the belief in people’s resilience and the power of connection to foster healing and change.
I bring experience working with youth and adults in community organizations and shelters, where I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to providing care that is compassionate, inclusive, and grounded in respect.
My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, while also integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based practices. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where clients are active participants in exploring challenges, discovering strengths, and building new possibilities.
I am currently completing graduate studies in Social Work, building on my training in trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches. Outside of my professional role, I enjoy swimming and reading, both of which help me maintain balance and bring renewed energy into my practice.
