I work closely with children and youth facing challenges such as ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, social skills, friendships, and executive functioning. I am passionate about ensuring that all children, including those who are neurodivergent, feel heard, understood, and equipped with tools that are both achievable and accessible. I believe every child has the capacity for growth when given the right support and resources tailored to their needs.
My educational background includes an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Psychology, with a focus on cognitive psychology and neuroscience, as well as a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. This foundation allows me to integrate scientific understanding with therapeutic practice, making care both compassionate and evidence-based.
I draw on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the child, helping them express themselves in healthy and productive ways, strengthen social and emotional skills, and develop practical strategies they can carry into everyday life.
Having lived and worked in multiple countries, I bring a culturally informed and internationally diverse perspective to my work. I value the role of family, culture, and community in shaping a child’s journey, and I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where every child feels accepted and empowered.
Together, we can support your child in building confidence, resilience, and practical skills to help them navigate challenges and grow.
