My name is Brittany. I am a Registered Social Worker and I have worked within the community service sector for the past 6 years. I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Brock University and my Master of Social Work Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. I am a compassionate and empathetic individual who is highly dedicated to helping individuals through difficult moments in their lives.

I have extensive experience working with children with different communication styles and helping them through various challenges. I have spent 3 years as an ABA therapist providing services to individuals on the spectrum. I also have experience working within government, providing a unique perspective on how external forces can impact both adults and children in their daily life. I have worked with many communities from all walks of life.

Much of my work is based in Solution Focused Therapy allowing individuals to acknowledge their struggles and goals, and aid in achieving them. I also work from an anti-oppressive and client centered framework. I believe that though life can be difficult, we all of the ability in ourselves to find the beauty through the dark moments
