If you would like to pay for the program using your insurance coverage of Psychotherapy or Social Worker, Positive Kids direct bill for the below listed insurance providers. Please contact our office at intake@positivekids.ca or 1-888-916-3464 to register for the ADHD Parenting Workshop. Direct Billed Insurance Providers Greenshield, Blue Cross, Canada Life, Chambers of Commerce, Desjardin, Equitable Life, Industrial Alliance and Liuna Local 183 and 506. Withdrawal of your participation must be submitted in writing to Positive Kids at intake@positivekids.ca 3 days before the start of the workshop in order to receive a refund. Our Workshop runs for four (4) weeks.
