Oftentimes, many of us allow our mental well-being to take a backseat in our everyday lives. We may focus on other tasks at hand or perhaps we find other ways to distract ourselves from what we may be feeling.
I’m here to help you refocus from these distractions and assist in addressing your mental well-being.
My hope is to support individuals into understanding the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with their mental health and allowing them to do so in a safe and stigma-free space.
My hope is that my clients and I can build towards an increase in their positive well-being while also focusing on the achievement of specific goals. Every individual is different when it comes to their mental health and so there cannot simply be a single approach to treatment. Everyone has a unique story and I hope to guide my clients with empathy while creating a space in which they feel heard.
I work towards this through collaborative treatment interventions; clients should feel comfortable engaging in a customized treatment approach that can allow for the most beneficial client outcome. Working together is an invaluable part of interacting with my clients.
