Hi, my name is Hadassah. I am a friendly, non-judgemental, patient, and compassionate professional who aims to help children develop skills to overcome their struggles and improve their overall life satisfaction.
I have a background in Neuroscience, Psychology, and Counselling Psychology and primarily work with children who struggle with social, emotional, and behavioural issues. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which is supported by the leading researchers in the field of psychology for its use with children. More specifically, it is a talk-based therapy that aims to alter one’s thoughts which can then influence one’s emotions and behavioural reactions.
