QUESTIONS FROM FAMILIES
It is learning to recognise angry feelings and practise safer ways to respond. This online course teaches noticing early clues, taking a supported pause, asking for help, communicating clearly, and repairing after mistakes.
The course is for ages 4–12. The 4–7 path uses adult-led stories, pointing, drawing and one small action at a time. The 8–12 path uses school, friendship, homework, sibling and gaming situations with adult check-ins. The more abstract ideas are for adults to explain and adapt; young children are not expected to study independently.
Children practise recognising triggers, using a feelings meter and needs check, taking a safe reset, choosing balanced thoughts, trying body-calming tools, speaking assertively, and solving problems. Examples include sibling disagreements, homework, games, friendships and school frustrations.
Yes. Expressive ElevenLabs narration reads the skills, the selected age-specific story, activities, questions, and answer explanations. Children can pause, replay, slow the audio, and choose numbered answers. Ages 4–7 still need an adult learning partner.
The course costs CAD $99.99 as a one-time purchase. One purchasing family account includes all 43 lessons and both age paths, saved learning progress, practice questions, and a printable calm plan.
No. This is self-paced skills education, not therapy, diagnosis, or a court-program certificate. If anger is causing harm, repeated distress, or safety concerns, seek support from a qualified professional. In immediate danger, get urgent help.
