With a deep passion for mental health and a commitment to client-centered care, I work to support children, adolescents, and individuals navigate life’s challenges. Currently completing my Master of Social Work at Wilfrid Laurier University, I bring a strong foundation in psychology and neuroscience, complemented by hands-on experience in counselling, community outreach, and social-emotional skill development.
My work with social and community service organizations for the past 8 years has allowed me to support diverse populations, including neurodivergent individuals, those struggling with anxiety and depression, and families seeking guidance. I take a warm, culturally competent, and strengths-based approach, creating a safe and inclusive space for healing and growth. Whether through one-on-one therapy or social skills groups, I strive to equip my clients with the tools they need to build resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
